Is The Twilight Saga on Netflix?
Today, 27 September 2026, the answer depends on the country, and in the United States on the week.
In the United States, no. A live check of two of the five films shows Peacock as the only on-demand subscription route. Netflix US has announced the full saga for 1 October 2026, four days from now. Announced is not live.
In the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Germany, yes, all five, each checked separately. Those three and the US are the only markets checked, so the rest of Netflix's 190-plus countries are unknown here.

The mistake almost every page makes this week
The usual error runs in two directions, and both treat the American calendar as the status of the franchise.
The old version: "Twilight has been removed from Netflix." That was Netflix US, and the window closed on 30 June 2025. In the UK, the Netherlands and Germany the films are on Netflix today. One country is not the world. This week's version is the opposite: "Twilight is back on Netflix." In the United States it is not, yet.
A third variant: several high-ranking "where to watch" pages list Tubi, HBO Max or Hulu for the US. The live check shows only Peacock. Those lists were copied from older windows.
Note the inversion. Normally the US catalogue is the rich one. Here it is the market without Netflix Twilight until 1 October.
Announced on 23 September, live on 1 October
Two dates, and they are not the same thing. The announcement ran on 23 September 2026 in Collider and ComicBook, and on 24 September in Dork, which says plainly that it covers the United States only. The effective date is 1 October.
No Netflix press release or Tudum page could be opened, so this rests on trade coverage, and Netflix has not confirmed that all five films are included. One outlet, Comic Basics on 26 September, reports the five leaving Peacock on 30 September. The live check confirms they are on Peacock today, not that they go tomorrow.
Where the five films are today
United States: Peacock Premium at 12.99 dollars or Premium Plus at 19.99 dollars.
United Kingdom: Netflix on the ad tier at 7.99 pounds and the 13.99 pound tier, and free with ads on ITVX.
Netherlands: Netflix, and all five also on Videoland.
Germany: Netflix, and all five also on Disney+, confirmed on the Disney+ hub page listing them separately.
Five films, not four
Twilight (2008), New Moon (2009), Eclipse (2010), Breaking Dawn Part 1 (2011), Breaking Dawn Part 2 (2012). Breaking Dawn is one book split across two films, which is why people remember four. Bundles do not always land complete: in the UK, ITVX was earlier reported as missing New Moon. Count to five.
Why this franchise keeps moving
The rights sit with Summit Entertainment, a Lionsgate label since 2012. Lionsgate has had no streaming service of its own since the Starz separation completed on 6 May 2025, with Starz listing separately the next day. Starz keeps the first pay window on new Lionsgate releases and Prime Video an exclusive window after that, starting with the 2026 theatrical slate. Twilight is older than both of those windows, but the same agreement, announced in January 2025, also lets Prime Video select library titles from 2026, and Lionsgate named Twilight among them.
So this is a library title with no in-house home, licensed market by market and mostly non-exclusively. Hence Netflix and Disney+ in Germany at once, and a US run that went from Prime Video to Peacock on 1 September 2022, to Netflix for two months in 2025, back to Peacock, and to Netflix again on 1 October 2026.
Buy, rent or subscribe
Do the sum. Purchase runs 4.99 to 5.00 dollars per film at the two US stores priced, about 25 dollars for all five. The cheapest Netflix US plan is 8.99 dollars a month, per Netflix's own ads plan page, so buying the set is roughly three months of that plan. From 1 October the films come with a Netflix subscription, though Netflix has not confirmed whether they will also stream on the cheapest ad-supported plan, where a small number of licensed titles are blocked. Renting all five at 3.99 dollars each is about 20 dollars and you keep nothing, which is the worst option.
Treat the 25 dollars as a floor: only two of the five films were priced, and store prices move.
What this page cannot tell you
Four markets were checked live. Canada and Australia appear on Netflix in cached search results only, so both are unconfirmed. France, Spain, India, Brazil, Japan and the rest were not checked.
No end date was found for any market. The 2025 US window lasted two months, and the UK, Dutch and German licences have no published expiry, so they could be short too. Open Netflix on your own account, search the title and press play. A search result proves a page exists, not that your plan can stream it.
