Is Suits on Netflix?
That depends entirely on where you are, and the two answers are opposites.
In the United States, yes. All nine seasons are on Netflix right now, and the licence there was renewed for a second two-year term currently scheduled to run to 1 July 2027. It sits on Peacock at the same time.
In twenty-six other countries, no longer. They lost the series at the turn of the year: twenty-one on 31 December 2025, and five more on 1 January 2026, the United Kingdom among them.
Most articles on this question pick one of those two answers and present it as the answer. That is why the coverage contradicts itself.
Suits is licensed to Netflix non-exclusively and market by market, with a different end date in every country. There is no single worldwide licence to expire.

Why the answer splits by country
Suits is an NBCUniversal production. Peacock is NBCUniversal's own service, so the series has a permanent home there and always has.
What NBCUniversal sells Netflix is a window, and it sells those windows country by country. That is the whole explanation for the contradictory coverage. A licence can lapse in Germany while it is being renewed in the United States, and both facts are true on the same day.
It has happened more than once. A batch of international licences was extended at the last minute in July 2025, then allowed to lapse at the end of that year. The US window ran out and was bought again.
So the question is not whether the deal expired. It is which deal, and where.
Where Suits streams now
In the United States: both Netflix and Peacock
All nine seasons are on Netflix, and all nine are on Peacock. This is not a transition or a glitch. It is a non-exclusive licence working the way non-exclusive licences work, and it has been the position since June 2023.
The Netflix window there is currently reported to end on 1 July 2027. Peacock is the one that does not move when it does.
In the twenty-six territories that lost it
The removals hit twenty-one countries on 31 December 2025, across Europe, Asia and Africa, and five more on 1 January 2026: Argentina, Colombia, Iceland, Portugal and the United Kingdom.

Neither list above is exhaustive, and licences continue to expire and get renewed on their own schedules. This is exactly the case where your own account beats any list, including this one.
Check your own market in under a minute
Open Netflix on your ordinary connection, signed in, and search for Suits.
If it appears, open the title page and press play on an episode. A search result is not proof. Search engines keep pages alive long after a title has left a market, and Netflix itself will sometimes surface a title page for something your region cannot stream.
Then check the season count. Nine seasons is the full run. A catalogue showing three or four is a partial licence, which happens more often than people expect after a rights change.

If it has gone from your Netflix
Peacock is the direct route where Peacock operates. Outside that, the series is sold per season through the usual digital stores, and for one or two seasons that is usually cheaper than a subscription you will cancel afterwards. For the full nine it is not: the complete run at list price costs several times a single month of any service, so if something in your market carries it, a month you cancel is the cheaper rewatch.
