Is NCIS on Netflix?
Partly, in one country, for four more days. On 27 September 2026 Netflix US carries two of the 23 seasons: 18 and 19. Season 1 is not there. Nor is the latest, season 23.
Outside the US the answer is not "a few seasons", it is "none". Ten non-US markets were checked: the UK, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Canada, Australia, India and Mexico. Netflix lists NCIS in none of them. Netflix runs in more than 190 countries and the rest were not checked, so this covers those ten.
Netflix US has seasons 18 and 19. Every other season, 1 to 17 and 20 to 23, is absent.
Those two are scheduled out on 1 October 2026, and 20 to 22 in. A plan, not an event.
None of the ten non-US markets checked has NCIS on Netflix, in any form.
Paramount+ has all 23 seasons in the US, Canada and Australia. Its owner rivals Netflix.
The Netherlands, Belgium, Brazil and Japan were not checked. No answer here for them.
The mistake almost every article makes
Most coverage turns this into a yes or no, then treats an American catalogue change as world news. "NCIS has left Netflix" and "NCIS is on Netflix" are both wrong as general claims. It is on Netflix in one of eleven markets checked, with two of 23 seasons.
The second error is letting a partial selection stand in for the series. Read "NCIS is on Netflix", subscribe, sit down at season 1, and you have been misled. The third is counting the spin-offs. None is on Netflix in the US, and two have left Paramount+ there as well: NCIS: Los Angeles and NCIS: Hawai'i.
What Netflix US actually has
Seasons 18 and 19, on the standard plan and on Standard with Ads. They arrived on 1 October 2025, flagged then as a US-only addition. A different set ran from 23 January 2025: seasons 1 to 5 plus 12 to 17, now gone. It is a rotating licence, reshuffled a few times a year.
The 1 October 2026 swap sits on two Netflix US lists: a leaving list updated 26 September 2026, with 18 and 19 going that day, and an arrivals list updated 23 September 2026, with 20 to 22 landing the same day. A trade report of 11 September 2026 called the incoming numbers unconfirmed, so the date is firm and the line-up a plan. Seasons 23 and 24 are absent either way.
Where the 23 seasons actually are
Paramount+ has all 23 in the US, Canada and Australia, resale through Amazon, Apple TV and Roku included. Elsewhere it holds fewer: Mexico 18, Germany and Austria 11, France 8, Italy 8. In the UK it lists 20. Its parent, Paramount Skydance Corp, also owns the studio that makes NCIS, so the full run stays in-house.

Spain: Prime Video 5, Tivify 4, SkyShowtime 1. Disney+ Spain is listed to add NCIS on 1 October 2026, so it is not a route today.
Buying runs one way. A 23-season set costs a multiple of one month's subscription, so a month on Paramount+ is cheaper for the whole series, and in Germany and Austria Joyn carries the full run for nothing. One season can land near or under a month. Check that season's price in your own store.
What has not been established
Eleven markets were checked: the US, UK, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Canada, Australia, India and Mexico. The Netherlands, Belgium, Brazil and Japan were not, and that is the important gap here.
