Is Criminal Minds on Netflix?
No. Criminal Minds is absent from Netflix in all 14 markets we checked on JustWatch on 26 and 27 September 2026, the United States included. Netflix appeared zero times as a provider.
In the US all 19 seasons sit on Paramount+ from $8.99 a month. Elsewhere Disney+ is the address, with 17 to 19 seasons by country, while Paramount+ stops at season 15.
Netflix runs in more than 190 markets and we checked 14. We cannot rule out a Netflix window somewhere we did not look.

The mistake nearly every article makes
Most pages treat this as an expired contract. It is not. Wikipedia's infobox lists Lionsgate Television, Erica Messer Productions, 20th Television and CBS Studios, and the text says ABC Signature co-produces and handles worldwide distribution. 20th Television and ABC Signature are Disney. CBS Studios is Paramount. Two of the owners run their own services, and the distributor runs two, Disney+ and Hulu.
A Netflix deal would mean handing an exclusive draw to the largest competitor. It happened once, on Netflix US, but while Paramount+ keeps ordering new seasons neither owner has a reason to repeat it. We found no announcement of one.
Three follow-on errors are common. The 30 June 2022 removal was US only and covered seasons 1 to 12. Those seasons then returned, per trade headlines dated 19 August 2022, and left again on a date we could not establish. Many pages still say, in the present tense, that Netflix holds seasons 1 to 12. And "Paramount+ has everything" is true in the US alone, so buying it in Germany or Australia gets you no seasons 16 to 19.
Where it actually streams

Season 16 is where the split happens
Seasons 1 to 15 aired on CBS from 22 September 2005 to 19 February 2020, 324 episodes. Seasons 16 to 19 are Paramount+ originals titled Criminal Minds: Evolution, 10 episodes each. Season 19 ran from 28 May to 23 July 2026 and is the most recent season available. Mind the numbering: "Evolution season 4" is Criminal Minds season 19.
Season 20 is announced, not released. Four trade headlines date the renewal to 24 March 2026, Wikipedia's season 19 page says May 2026, and we could not resolve that. No premiere date has been given, though Wikipedia's article on the series places the twentieth season in 2027.
Buying versus subscribing
Do the sum. The cheapest US season we saw was $9.99, so all 19 cost at least $189.81, and the store totals we read ran higher than that floor. Paramount+ Essential is $8.99 a month with all 19 in it, roughly 21 months for that money, and one season costs more than one month.
In Germany, the cheapest listed total for buying the seasons on sale is EUR 402.84 at the maxdome Store, against Disney+ at EUR 5.99 a month, which is about 67 months of subscription. In the UK, the cheapest season we saw was GBP 12.99, so 15 seasons cost at least GBP 194.85, the listed store totals run higher, and buying still leaves out the revival. These are floors, because "from" means the cheapest season, and 364 episodes makes buying per episode worst of all.
What we could not check
We checked 14 of Netflix's 190-plus markets. South Korea, Turkey, Scandinavia, Ireland, the Middle East and most of Asia were not checked, and the South Africa page returned a 404.
The Dutch badge says 18 seasons, the episode guide on the same page 19. Brazil and Mexico show 18, France 17. No second source, so we claim neither.

Hulu may not stay a separate app. Disney plans to fold it into Disney+ around the end of 2026.
